Simple but Tasty Dijon Vinaigrette

Updated: Jul 30, 2019

This simple vinaigrette is so easy to make and takes only a few ingredients. You'll use this on salads and grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes and just about anything you can get your hands on.

Once you get this simple vinaigrette down you'll use it for everything. It's a great vinaigrette for a salad but you can use it on roasted or grilled vegetables including potatoes. This vinaigrette is so easy, I like to make it in front of my guests if I'm using it for a dinner party just to show them how easy it is.

Dijon Vinaigrette

2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 Clove Garlic, minced

1/2 Cup Olive oil

1/2 tsp Thyme, dried

1/2 tsp Parsley, dried

Salt & Pepper, to taste

1. Mix the vinegar, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl.

2. Slowly whisk the olive oil to the vinegar mixture. Whisk until fully incorporated.

3. Add in the dried seasonings.

4. Whisk in salt and pepper as needed.

5. Use on everything!
