Turmeric and Cumin Roasted Cauliflower
Serves 4 as a Main
Ingredients
1 Medium sized head of Cauliflower, fresh, cut into florets
2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Onion powder
3 - 4 Tbsp Grapeseed oil
Salt & Pepper, as needed
Steps
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, combine turmeric, cumin, onion powder, and grapeseed oil. Add in cauliflower florets and stir to coat.
Add seasoned florets to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Roast for 25 - 30 minutes until florets are tender. Stir halfway through cooking. Season with salt and pepper while hot. Serve warm.
