Cauliflower is a delicious low-carb option for a side dish. Cauliflower rice has become popular to reduce the amount of carb intake but don't forget the florets are delicious themselves. They can hold some bold flavors and that's just what this recipe is. Bold!

This recipe comes together in 5 ingredients:

  • Cauliflower

  • Turmeric

  • Onion Powder

  • Cumin

  • Grapeseed Oil

This recipe is great because it comes together quickly with very little effort but brings lots of flavor.


This dish is also very versatile. It can be added to other dishes or salads. It can be served as a side dish or as an entrée.

Turmeric and Cumin Roasted Cauliflower

Serves 4 as a Main


Ingredients

1 Medium sized head of Cauliflower, fresh, cut into florets

2 tsp Turmeric powder

2 tsp Cumin

2 tsp Onion powder

3 - 4 Tbsp Grapeseed oil

Salt & Pepper, as needed


Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, combine turmeric, cumin, onion powder, and grapeseed oil. Add in cauliflower florets and stir to coat.

  2. Add seasoned florets to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Roast for 25 - 30 minutes until florets are tender. Stir halfway through cooking. Season with salt and pepper while hot. Serve warm.
